Dax continues to be a steady, reliable presence in guide dog training—a pup you can always count on. He’s been doing great this month, taking on longer routes, fine-tuning his skills, and gaining experience with new handlers. Working with Dax is always a joy. He lights up when he’s told he’s doing a good job and especially loves break-offs with his handler, where he can soak up some well-earned praise and affection. In his downtime, Dax is all about the stuffies and thoroughly enjoys when his handler holds a bone for him to chew on—pure bliss! He’s making great progress, and we’re so proud of the calm, focused dog he continues to become.
