Horton’s foster family described him as an “outstandingly obedient dog” who would stick by his handler and respond instantly to commands. The foster family’s 8-year-old was able to walk him easily and Horton never pulled or took advantage of the young handler. He especially enjoyed seeking out opportunities for cuddle time with the kiddos in the home.
