April 2023 Pupdate for Rafferty

This spring our sweet and smart "Raff Raff" or Raff for short is learning how to target all the cool things around Portland. When he is not working hard, he is playing tug of war with all his guide dog friends. On his down time we like to play with a Kong and that really puts a smile on his face!
