December 2023 Pupdate for Penelope

Happy Holidays from Penelope! Because she is so sweet, Penelope’s foster family has asked to have her stay with them even after her evaluation was over. She remains easy to manage and gets along well with the family’s pet dog. She also enjoys running around with the children in the backyard!
