December 2024 Pupdate for Olena

We had to google Olena's name to check what it means, and we're glad we did: "sun ray" or "shining light" couldn't be more fitting! Sweet, gentle Olena has settled in quickly on our Oregon campus and has been doing her best to be a shining light through all of the winter rain. She has made friends with dogs, staff, and volunteers wherever she meets them - her kennel staff team has started to say "Olé" whenever they see her! She loves to play with her roommate, but is having even more fun exploring places to train and learn in the Portland area. We also LOVE the zipper that runs on her nose!
