February 2024 Pupdate for Harlem

There has been ice, snow and rain this past month in Oregon! Harlem is working through puddles most days, polishing up her guide work! Recently, she has loved frozen, food-stuffed Kongs for enrichment. Harlem is so sweet and has the happiest personality!
