January 2024 Pupdate for Norway

Happy Winter from Norway! He experienced the first Oregon snow this week and of course lived up to his name! Nor Nor continues to enjoy time in foster care and snuggling in a warm bed on a cold, winter night. I appreciate all you have done to love on and raise this dapper boy!
