January 2024 Pupdate for Picasso

Picasso has spent most of this month in a foster care observation home. His foster family shared that he equally enjoys lap-time on the floor, belly rubs, petting of all sorts, naps, zoomies, and playing tug. He is a sweet, happy, fun-loving guy.
