July 2023 Pupdate for Pegasus

Note from NICST: Pegasus is learning tasks to assist him with his work that he will be doing with the community and the Fire Department. He is scent trained and is learning to respond to physical triggers to provide therapy, and has learned a cuddle behavior. Pegasus does love to cuddle !!!
