July 2024 Pupdate for Fran

Sweet Fran continuies to work hard every day! She loves working to destinations, like coffee shops or the mall. She has been beating the heat here in Oregon, enjoying the air conditioning in her Foster Care home. Thank you for all the work it took to get Fran to this point!
