July 2024 Pupdate for Willard

Willard has continued to enjoy his stay in a wonderful foster care home. His foster care provider describes him as a great motivator-getting them out and active on hikes and walks! He loves his belly rubs and takes any and all opportunities to expose his belly while waiting for them!
