June 2024 Pupdate for Argus

Argus is loving life practicing his guide doog skills! He loves to go to destinations, like coffee shops, but he’s just as happy to just GO, even on long, complex routes. He has been enjoying the warmer, dryer weather, and loves to go for walks with his foster care provider.

Argus lays in harness in a coffee shop, legs sprawled out but head cuddling the handler’s feet. He’s “side-eying” the camera because he doesn’t want to pick his head all the way up.
Argus is wearing a blue head collar (though he does this even when he’s not wearing equipment). He is in “puppy pose,” with his head on the ground and rump in the air (tail wagging)- in Community Run, he gets in this position and uses his back legs to propel himself around. Too cute!
