June 2024 Pupdate for Lion

June marks the end of my time with sweet Lion aka “Lie-lie” aka “Lionel” (don’t worry I always find a way to give any dog a nickname or two). What a treat it has been getting to work with such a loving and willing dog! I will greatly miss our morning walks to my locker and how his tail would swish increasingly faster as we approached our destination. I will also miss how whenever I would sit down to pet him, he would lean in towards me and just look around as to show off to his friends that he was the one getting loved on. He will always have a special place in my heart!
