Posted 3/20/2025
Trout continues to shine in his formal guide work training, and I couldn’t be prouder of his progress! He is a happy, go-lucky worker who brings his positive attitude to every training session, making him a joy to work with. Trout’s enthusiasm for his training is evident every day. He is eager to learn and always approaches new tasks with a great attitude. His happiness is contagious, and it’s clear that he loves the work he’s doing. He remains focused even in challenging situations, and his energy helps motivate those around him. One of the areas where Trout has truly excelled is in his ability to target objects such as doors, chairs, etc. Trout is learning how to navigate unfamiliar spaces confidently, and his adaptability is making him a great candidate for guide work. Over the coming weeks, Trout will be continuing to practice navigating more complex environments and working with additional distractions. We’re excited to see him grow into a reliable guide dog!
