May 2023 Pupdate for Rafa

With some very enthusiastic wiggles, Rafa says hello! Rafa started training and quickly showed us what a can-do attitude looks like. He often exchanges warm glances with his handler when he feels proud of himself, which of course, he should be! When the sun is out, Rafa has been hanging in the fresh air with a good bone to chew on.
