October 2023 Pupdate for Rafa

Rafa has had the wonderful opportunity to spend some time in foster care, which he seems to love! Rafa can be serious when working, but in down time he lets his goofy side come out. He sure loves to do a wiggle dance after a job well done and always makes his handlers smile.
