Nils is always prepared for a belly rub. In harness or out it doesn't matter. At café? Belly rub. In the office? Belly rub. Waiting for the bus? Belly rub. He is quite the charmer and 9 times out of 10 draws someone in with his doughy eyes and irresistibility.
