Rafa takes his job seriously, however he thoroughly enjoys “silly talk” from his instructor while he is guiding (often times he crinkles his ears back, wags his tail, and almost looks as if he is grinning to himself). Rafa enjoys opportunities to settle at destinations, and seems to quietly take in his surroundings with keen yet calm fascination. He has been so much fun to work with.
