Little Ms. "Franny Pack" is an absolute delight! Though she loved her time in foster care, now that she's back on campus the staff gets to enjoy her silly Community Run antics again. She likes to play with her buddies but usually spends most of her time soliciting pets from her instructor. Thanks for all the hard work it took to get Fran to this point!
